New Holiday greeting cards!

Hello!

I want to share with you a shop update: I just added a small collection of greeting cards for the holidays! I've been working on this project for a couple of months now and couldn't be any more happy about the end result and the process was something that I enjoyed enormously. 

I'm launching three cards, all with a black background and framed by an array of paper flowers, twigs and winter berries in red, white, gold and green and in the center, a simple word in gold hand lettering. The word represent an idea or sentiment about Christmas: The first in JOY, then comes NOËL, for my french speaking costumers and then we have a funny one, MEH, because we all have that special person that just doesn't like Christmas (in my case, my husband!).

Shop update: New jewellery!

I just listed a bunch of new rings to the shop!

Some of them add to te FOLIAGE collection, like the Foliage ring in bronze (which has been a HUGE fave with my local customers since I launched at Puces POP last month) and the much loved Tulip ring, which is so lovely.

And then I added 4 new rings that are part of a small, minimalistic line of rings I made also for my local customers at Puces POP last month, but I thought you might like them, too, so I added just a few sizes! They are called the LOOP and WAVE rings and defined by clean lines and an inner itch for beautiful simplicity. I still don't know if I'm going to continue this line, if I'm going to expand it or if its just a limited edition, truly. I'm still thinking but, for the moment, there they are, I hope you love them!

Shop update

At last, you will find my shop updated with the newest members of the jewellery family!

Last December I made a lot of new pieces to present to my local customers at Puces POP and they were a hit! It took me too long (as usual) to photograph and list them on the shop but at last they are there, I hope you love them!

I think my favourite pieces are the MOON earrings and ring (I been wearing my moon ring non-stop since i made it. The Spiky earrings were absolutely a fave with customers: they look just so pretty on! And I also have a weakness for the new, more delicate version of the cloud ring, just so lovely and with the option of choosing from two materials: bronze and sterling silver.

Also a big hit with the local customers were the tiny versions of the cloud and raindrop earrings, just so cute!

Holiday Note Cards

It's been a while! Oh how I have missed my blog and how many times I've come here with the desire of writing but seems that lately there's always something coming up demanding my urgent attention. Anyway, life is good, life is busy and I'm happy because of that :)

December is almost here (CAN YOU BELIEVE THAT?) and as lately I'm so into making note cards (the picture taking, the printing, the folding, the packing! it sounds silly but I'm loving the whole process so much!) it was only natural the making of a few festive iphoneography cards for your gift giving needs.

To grow

New: Thunderstorm Necklace in 14k rose gold.

Hi! I hope you are having a lovely day. It's beautiful and sunny in Montreal today and I'm sitting just beside my window enjoying the sun!

I'm also giving some serious thought to the fact that I need to make some price adjustments ASAP. This, to keep my business in the growing path and I'd like for this year to make lost of innovations to apply to my jewelry and make new designs that I have in my sketch book and in my head. I also would like to enter the world of retail as I've been approached by amazing shops that are interested in carrying my work and so far I haven't been able to say yes to them because of lack of time but most importantly because I have to make adjustments to make it worth for me and my business.

Most importantly, I'd like to keep offering this personal touch that I love so much about what I do and the way I do it: I like to take time in every piece I make, to finish it just the way I envision it and to deliver a beautiful piece of jewelry to every costumer. A piece that will not be forgotten in a drawer but will be enjoyed for a long time, not only for the beautiful and simplicity of its design but for the quality on its craftsmanship.

And to be able to maintain my mission, I have to adjust and raise some of my prices.

I'll be doing this in the next couple weeks, as I study each one of my pieces to see in detail where improvements need to be made and taking factors like time into real consideration for pricing.

At the end, I truly believe this changes will not only be beneficial to the growth of my business but to the person who buy my jewelry as well: I want my costumers to keep enjoying a special and unique piece of jewelry, made specially for them, with great craftsmanship and I also want for them to obtain a beautiful keepsake and not something disposable :)

The shop is open, yay!! I'm back to business!!

And look at these little cuties I just listed on the shop! They are super cute, tiny hearts for your ears ;) just a touch of loveliness.

I made them last December but with the holiday gift rush and the vacations, I didn't had time to photograph them until today :) Actually, I have a BUNCH of new things ready to be photograph, yay!! expect new things coming up soon ;)

As valentine's day is coming up, I decided to make the photography Valentine-day-ish and as I'm not very into valentine's day to tell you the truth (:s), I was afraid I wouldn't like it but no, I love it :) I think the color and mood goes pretty good with my tiny hearts :) I hope you like it too!

New vintage rings on my shop! They are pretty cool :D come check them out before they are gone!

New Listing!

New necklace on my shop!
I called it the Tiny Meteorite Nekclace because the inspiration came from my another meteorite necklace. This version is a lot smaller and cuter! but still, very cool.

This came up really beautiful and i'm so proud of it :) It hangs from a 30" inch sterling silver chain that goes trough the pendant: no jump rings, no loops, just the meteorite and the chain, perfect together. It looks so cool on, very modern and geometric-ish. It's also looooong and lovely, plus the pendant weights about 5 grams so it feels really great on :)

It feels so good to bring something new to you! i hope you like it ;)
